Special Request

Dre helped create and realize my fiancé’s screenplay into a beautifully bound memento to commemorate his achievements. She involved me in every step of the process and went above and beyond to make sure that it was just right.. Her artistry, expertise and attention to detail left nothing to be desired. My fiancé was so stunned and excited to see his screenplay bound and presented in such a beautiful, artful way! I asked Dre to do a fore-edge painted version of my wife's favorite book. I provided a few pieces of inspiration art and Dre drew from them to make an AMAZING design. She even suggested some extra cool additions like adding quotes to some customized end pages. It currently holds a featured place on my wife's bookshelf. Dre is da best!

My younger brother and I - who are both combat veterans of the US Army - asked Dre if we might commission her to cover The Gates of Fire which is a favorite book of both my brother and I. Dre immediately excepted our request and dove in with gusto to the project. She had never read the book so she ordered her own copy to read it first so that she might best understand how to design the covers. I was so impressed with her desire to understand where we came from and we gave her complete creative license to do what she felt was best. The end result was so much better than we could have ever hoped for!

My brother and I requested a book binding for one of our favorite Steven Pressfield books--Gates of Fire--about the spartan battle against Xerxes invading forces. As veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan the book holds deep meaning. What did we get? Only a thing that is now one of my most cherished possessions!

The binding is amazing but it's the art work on the cover and on the inside that just shows you that Dre did her research. Heck, she even was the book...and that is clear by the work she put into it.

You see, that's the thing about Dre--she puts in the extra work to create something meaningful on multiple levels!

Words can hardly capture the emotions I felt when I opened the package for the first time and saw what Dre had created. It was beyond my wildest expectations—more vibrant, more beautifully textured, and more magically holographic than I ever imagined. She took my small idea for a birthday gift for my best friend and transformed it into a truly one-of-a-kind treasure that I know will be cherished for generations to come.
